Despite these improvements, the average treatment room occupancy was slightly down from March 2024 at 62%, suggesting room for further optimisation.
70% of you reported that more clients ask for advice on sun protection during summer months, perhaps indicating a need to educate clients about the importance of using SPF year-round, regardless of the weather. The ability to educate clients is a key part of customer service – something 69% of you say you train your staff in. Other additional training you offer includes sales and retail skills (44%), and health and safety (44%).
