This month’s survey suggests that marketing strategies vary among spa businesses, with 84% of respondents leveraging social media, 52% using email campaigns and 41% listing on online directories. Print advertising, collaborations, events and referral programmes also play significant roles, showing the importance of a multi-channel approach.

Regarding recruitment and retention of skilled therapists, strategies also differ. While 33% of you thought providing a competitive salary and benefits was the most important factor, flexible work schedules and continuous training were close behind with 32% and 29% respectively.
