Endermologie: Your wellness boost

A new clinical trial has shown the potential to boost vitality, reduce stress and enhance sleep with Endermologie

LPG’s Vitality, Stress, Sleep clinical trial has shown that the new, specially designed Endermologie protocol has a positive impact on overall physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Since 1986, French brand LPG and its device-based cellular stimulation Endermologie have been pioneers in the health, beauty, and wellbeing industry.

This form of mechanical tissue manipulation grips the body as if it were a human hand while delivering a pain-free massage that penetrates tissue at a deeper level than physical massage.

LPG is now charting the evolution of modern health concerns by tackling topics such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, immunity function and women’s health issues, and its latest research has shown its impressive potential.

Vitality, Stress, Sleep (VSS) clinical trial

In a five-week placebo-controlled clinical trial, participants who struggled with moderate levels of stress and problems sleeping had two 40-minute sessions of Endermologie a week, using the new protocol designed to give a wellness boost.

After 10 sessions of 40-minute Endermologie, key clinical results included:

• An increase of 9.4% in white blood cells that help fight infections and increase natural defences.

• Positive effect on cognitive function: accuracy increased significantly by 2.5% and concentration by 6%.

• Levels of stress hormone cortisol were reduced by 44.6% after 10 sessions and 19% after a single session.

• Levels of anxiety and depression were reduced by more than half (50.9%).

• Muscular pain was reduced by 69%.

• Heart rate variability (HRV) increased by 76.6%.

• Insomnia-related sleep disorders were reduced by 54.7%, alongside improved sleep quality.

This study demonstrates that the Vitality, Stress, Sleep Endermologie protocol can significantly reduce stress, improve vitality and natural defences, reduce disorders related to insomnia and improve overall mood (satisfaction), providing the wellness boost needed to provide a holistic care option that addresses mental state, vitality, and quality of sleep.

The results

Professor Christophe Hausswirth, the trial’s independent clinical research director, says:

“This latest trial demonstrates Endermologie’s potential role in mental, as well as physical health, and cements LPG’s authority in the holistic wellness space. It demonstrates, without doubt, Endermologie’s effectiveness as a treatment for modern health concerns.

“Also, by experiencing this protocol before any other beauty protocol, the effect is enhanced, as it reduces the level of stress hormone (cortisol), making the human body release localised resistant fat in a more effective way.”

The new protocol is available now.
