SOTHYS PRESS TRIP

BORDEAUX, FRANCE

Features editor Georgia Seago spent three days in France getting to know spa skincare brand Sothys. The first night was spent at Chateau des Vigiers, where she experienced the Hanakasumi body treatment at the hotel’s exclusive Sothys spa and indulged in a Michelin-star dinner.

The following day she explored Les Jardins Sothys and the brand’s factory, with transfers by helicopter. Another luxury dinner and time spent with Sothys president Christian Mas rounded off the trip.

HD BROWS BRUNCH

RAKE’S CAFÉ BAR, LONDON

The brand held a brunch to introduce press to its three new brow make-up shades – Siren, Raven and Smoke. Georgia got an express brow treatment, before sitting down to food and rum cocktails, while elite stylist Jamie Long talked through the shades and each product in the range, which includes gels and pencils. Guests were gifted a selection of brow products in the new shades to try at home.

ALUMIERMD EVERACTIVE C&E LAUNCH

ICE TANK, LONDON

Editorial assistant Lydia Mormen attended the launch of AlumierMD EverActive C&E at the Ice Tank in Covent Garden. The evening started with a champagne and canapé reception, followed by a presentation and unveiling of the new vitamin C Everactive Serum by aesthetic doctor Dev Patel and AlumierMD education specialist Victoria Hiscock. Guests were gifted a bottle of EverActive C & E serum which includes L-ascorbic acid.

VIVA SKIN CLINIC LAUNCH

KINGS ROAD, LONDON

Viva Skin Clinics invited Georgia and Lydia to the launch of its new premises located at the Box Gallery on Kings Road, Chelsea. The evening began with prosecco, collagen-infused cocktails and canapés, followed by complimentary manicures and back massages. There was also a live demonstration of a nonsurgical rhinoplasty by Dr Rupert Critchley, lead clinician and director of Viva Skin Clinics. The clinic offers chemical peels, fillers, Botox, neck lifts and more.

NEOM CHRISTMAS LAUNCH

MORTIMER HOUSE, LONDON

It was all about the festive season at Neom Organics’ 2018 Christmas collection launch. Taking place at Mortimer House, Fitzrovia, the display of festive products, which included the Beauty Sleep in a Box Set and the Sleep & Glow Face Care Collection, was accompanied by a selection of juices and breakfast options for guests, including pastries and yoghurt bowls. Lydia was given a tour of the Christmas offerings and gifted a candle from the new limited edition Precious Moments range, scented with vetivert, black pepper and ginger. PB
