PRIMARK

When it comes to pricing, the majority of nail salon owners focus on their own business needs rather than competitors’ rates, according to our survey. In fact, 52% base their pricing solely on costs, ensuring their business stays profitable without outside influence. Meanwhile, 38% offer similar pricing to their competitors, and only 7% regularly adjust pricing based on competitors’ rates. A small 3% choose to price services lower to attract clients, showing that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to pricing in the nail industry.

As for product offerings in the nail industry, opinions vary: 39% of owners trust a few select brands, while 22% believe there are plenty of options available. However, 17% feel there’s still room for innovation, and 14% find products too expensive. For 8%, the number of choices can feel overwhelming.
