When it comes to recruitment, salon owners are taking a pragmatic view. Almost half (46%) said they’d consider hiring staff with minimal experience but strong social media skills if the attitude and training potential were right, reflecting how digital influence continues to shape client acquisition and retention.
Meanwhile, 63% of respondents feel clients are beginning to expect too many complimentary “extras” within their treatment experience, suggesting that clear communication around value and service structure is becoming increasingly important.
